Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Minimal Meditation and Minimal Meditation Premium, provided by Chaseos.
Using the app
You may use Minimal Meditation for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable law and store rules. The app supports general wellness and is not medical care, diagnosis, or emergency assistance. Do not rely on it where distraction or reduced alertness could be unsafe.
Free use and Premium accounts
Free meditation features do not require an account. An account is required to purchase, restore, link a sign-in provider, or recover Premium on another supported device. Premium is associated with the Firebase account identified by its unique user ID—not merely an email address. You are responsible for using the same account to recover cross-platform access and for protecting access to your Google or Apple sign-in account.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Premium may be offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at the price shown in the purchase screen.
- Premium may be offered as an annual auto-renewing subscription. When the promotion is displayed and you are eligible, the first annual term is $19.99 for the first year, after which it renews at $29.99 per year.
- When the first-year promotion is not displayed or does not apply, the annual subscription is $29.99 per year.
- Storefront currency conversion, taxes, eligibility, and the final amount shown by Apple or Google may apply. The purchase confirmation presented by the store controls if it differs from a general description on this page.
Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for another monthly or annual term unless canceled through Apple or Google before the end of the current billing period. Your store account is charged according to the terms shown at confirmation. Deleting Minimal Meditation, signing out, or deleting your Minimal Meditation account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
How to cancel
Apple: manage or cancel through Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or follow Apple's subscription instructions.
Google Play: open Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Minimal Meditation, and cancel, or follow Google Play's subscription instructions.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term, so Premium may remain available until that term expires. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by the store where you subscribed. Refund availability and decisions are governed by Apple or Google policies and applicable law. Chaseos cannot issue Apple refunds. To request an Apple refund, use Apple Billing and Subscriptions. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process. Contact Chaseos support if you need help identifying or troubleshooting a purchase.
Changes to price or service
Subscription availability, features, and prices may change. Apple or Google will provide any notice or consent process required for a renewal-price change. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer contrary to applicable law, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services. Minimal Meditation, its design, and its original content are owned by Chaseos or its licensors. Store platforms and third-party services retain their respective rights.
Availability and disclaimers
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Chaseos disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of a particular feature, or that the app will meet every individual need. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chaseos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the app at any time and may request account deletion through the Account deletion page. Chaseos may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your Apple or Google subscription; cancel it separately to prevent renewal.
Apple-specific terms
For apps obtained through Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms to the extent required by Apple's standard licensed application terms. Apple's applicable store terms also apply.
