Privacy Policy
Minimal Meditation is designed to work without an account. Sign-in is optional unless you use Premium account features.
Who we are
This policy applies to the Minimal Meditation mobile application for Android, iPhone, iPad, and its phone-managed Wear OS companion. The app is developed by Chaseos. Questions can be sent to chaseosapps@gmail.com.
Information processed
- Local meditation data: meditation settings, timers, selected sounds, colors, reminders, and preferences are stored on your device. Chaseos does not receive this local content. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove it.
- Premium account data: when you choose Google or Apple sign-in, Firebase Authentication processes a unique Firebase user ID, linked sign-in provider, and any email address or display name the provider makes available. Apple may provide a private relay address or no email, and may provide a name only during first authorization.
- Purchase and entitlement data: RevenueCat receives the Firebase user ID as the app user identifier and processes subscription product, transaction, receipt, entitlement, store, and device/platform information needed to purchase, restore, and provide Premium across supported devices. Chaseos does not receive your complete payment-card details.
- Analytics: on Android and Wear OS, Google Analytics for Firebase receives app-instance and device information plus events such as meditation started or completed and categorical settings such as timer style, duration, bundled sound category, color category, vibration, and interval count. The app does not attach your Firebase UID, email, custom sound name, or free-form meditation content to these custom analytics events.
- Crash diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics may process crash traces, app and OS version, device model, runtime state, and installation identifiers needed to diagnose stability problems. The app does not deliberately set your Firebase UID or email as a Crashlytics user identifier.
- Support communications: if you email Chaseos, the message, email address, and information you choose to provide are used to respond and maintain necessary support records.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate Premium accounts, link providers, complete and restore purchases, maintain entitlements across devices, operate requested app features, diagnose crashes, understand aggregate product usage, prevent abuse, respond to support and deletion requests, and meet legal or store obligations.
Service providers and sharing
Chaseos does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. Information is processed by Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play as necessary for authentication, diagnostics, analytics, subscriptions, and store operations. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy documentation: Firebase privacy, RevenueCat privacy, Apple privacy, and Google privacy.
Retention and deletion
Account profile information is retained while the Premium account exists. On a verified deletion request, Chaseos will delete the Firebase account and request deletion or de-identification of account-linked information held by service providers where available. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, support, and compliance records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. Apple and Google retain store transaction records under their own policies.
Analytics and crash records are not deliberately linked to your Premium account identity and may not be identifiable for account-specific deletion. They remain subject to Firebase retention controls. Local meditation data remains on devices under your control and is not deleted remotely.

Security and international processing
Chaseos uses established service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards.
Children
Minimal Meditation is not directed to children under 13, and Chaseos does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact Chaseos if you believe a child supplied account information.
Your choices
You can use free meditation features without an account. You may sign out, manage platform privacy settings, cancel a subscription through Apple or Google, request support, or request account deletion. Depending on where you live, additional access, correction, deletion, or objection rights may apply.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required.
